Engineered to deliver superior solids removal and optimize water quality by maximizing separation efficiency in a fraction of the space.

Untreated water enters a flash mix tank where chemicals are added, causing suspended particles to clump together into larger "flocs".
Water enters the bottom of the Lamella unit and flows upward. As it rises, the flocs settle onto the large surface area of the inclined plates.
The clean, clarified water continues to the top of the unit and is discharged evenly over an adjustable weir system.
Settled precipitates slide down the plates into an integrated hopper at the bottom for periodic removal and disposal.
Understanding the key differences is crucial for optimizing your process. Here’s how Lamella Clarifiers stack up against other common technologies.
| Feature | Lamella Clarifier | Circular Clarifier | Tube Settler |
|---|---|---|---|
| Footprint | Very Compact (up to 90% less space) | Very Large | Compact |
| Settling Efficiency | High (Ideal for fine particles) | Moderate | Good |
| Sludge Handling | Good (Integrated hopper) | Complex (Requires scraper) | Moderate |
| Maintenance | Low (No moving parts) | High (Moving parts) | Moderate (Tube cleaning) |

Our Lamella Clarifiers are engineered for superior performance in a compact footprint. By utilizing a series of inclined plates, they dramatically increase the effective settling area, making them far more efficient than traditional settling tanks. For applications requiring maximum chemical and corrosion resistance, we construct these units from high-grade engineering plastic (PP-H). This ensures exceptional durability and a long service life, even in harsh industrial environments. These models are ideal for a wide range of flow rates and are available in various capacities to meet your specific water treatment needs.
Guarantees a maintenance-free design, reducing downtime and mechanical failures.
The system fully stabilizes within ~20 minutes, perfect for rapid deployment.
Requires minimal floor space, making it ideal for confined or indoor installations.
A four-sloped hopper bottom eliminates the need for a separate thickening unit.
Corrosion-resistant FRP plates can be removed individually without system shutdown.
Expertly designed to handle high solids loads while maintaining superior effluent quality.
Internal feed ducts distribute water evenly to minimize turbulence and maximize settling.
Fully tailored to handle a wide range of flow rates and treatment capacities.
