Bladder Pulsation Damper

Bladder pulsation dampers are the most common type, they are used in the vast majority of applications. The separator element is made of a rubber material (nitrile, EPDM, FKM, butyl, silicone, Aflas, Hypalon, etc …).

Bellows Pulsation Damper

Our high-quality O-rings, available in NBR, EPDM, FKM, and silicone, and various retaining rings (polypropylene, PVDF, stainless steel), are meticulously designed for a wide range of plastic and metal devices across diverse sizes.

Membrane Pulsation Damper

HIDRACAR Membrane type pulsation dampeners use a TFM 1705 membrane together with a second, FKM, one as separators. The second membrane provides a 100% air-tightness that the porosity of the relatively thin TFM material of the main membrane can’t fully provide under a relatively high pressure.

In-line Pulsation Damper

HIDRACAR offers advanced in-line pulsation dampers, including the "L" series for hygienic food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications, and specialized models for effective wastewater treatment and suction.

Active Pulsation Damper With Automatic Air Regulation

HIDRACAR’s active pulsation dampeners incorporate a valve that must be connected to a compressed air line. This valve automatically adjusts the internal pressure of the dampener, continuously adapting to the system’s operating conditions.

“T” Adapters With Pressure Gauge

“T” adapters with pressure gauge for the monitoring of the pressure of our apparatus. “T” adapters made of stainless steel, with stainless steel pressure gauge casing; or made in PVC with either stainless steel or plastic pressure gauge casing.

Accessory For Charging, Purging And Verifying The Pressure

Charging, purging or simply verifying the gas charge of an accumulator or pulsation dampener can be somehow cumbersome.

Tool for a quick extraction of the bladder from accumulators

This HIDRACAR tool allows for rapid bladder extraction from most accumulators and pulsation dampeners without disconnecting them from the circuit, streamlining maintenance.

Gas Charging Valve Thread Adaptor

This brass adaptor (ADACNEU.5) connects 1/4" BSP charging valves to Vg8 threads, allowing tire inflating kits to charge accumulators with compressed air up to 10 bar.

Temperature Fuse Safety System

The temperature fuse safety system releases the gas inside the accumulator in case of a fire; and this way relieves the internal pressure and prevents the risk of explosion (*) due to overpressure because of the high temperature.

Anti-Corrosion valve

The HIDRACAR Anti-Corrosion valve (004-AI + PVDF), made of PVDF, protects the stainless steel gas charging valve from corrosive liquids in case of separator element failure, preventing leaks.

Bellows

PTFE bellows are available for all of our PTFE bellows pulsation dampener sizes. Stainless steel bellows are not available as spares. The bellows is welded to another piece, and therefore, if in need of repair, our stainless steel bellows pulsation dampeners must always be sent back to our workshop.

Gas charging extension tube adapter

The HIDRACAR BV-XL brass extension tube adapter extends deeply recessed gas charging valves on accumulators/pulsation dampers, enabling easy connection of charging accessories.

Membranes

HIDRACAR manufactures a double membrane in order to provide proper 100% air-tightness, which could be otherwise compromised by a simple one when the pulsation dampener is working at relatively high pressure. The double membrane incorporates both a TFM 1705 membrane and a second, either FKM membrane that provides the proper air-tightness. Available for all of our membrane type pulsation dampener sizes. All membranes are supplied with a self-centering anti-extrusion button insert made in the same material as the body of the pulsation dampener (stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, polypropylene, PVDF,…).

Bladders

HIDRACAR rubber bladders are 100% gas impermeable and are made in just one piece, without glued parts.

Gas charging valves

Standard 1/4” BSP charging valves. Available with valve cores for either medium to high pressure (up to 140 bar) or very high pressure (up to 700 bar). A special valve for accumulators working under pressures higher than 700 bar or at a very high temperature.

Bladder Accumulator And Pulsation Dampener Seal & Retention Ring Kits

For replacing worn “O”- rings and retention rings from our standard bladder accumulators and pulsation dampeners. Available for all metal apparatus sizes (U001 to U350) and for plastic apparatus sizes U001 to U100.
